• Most orders will ship 3 to 5 business days after completion of the order
  • When your order is shipped you will be sent an email with shipping and order tracking information
  • Orders are sent via ePacket/USPS and will arrive in 12 to 20 days after shipping to the continental United States.
  • If your order does not arrive within 20 days it’s FREE. We will credit your total cost to the account used to make your purchase.

  • If your order didn’t arrive, be sure to let us know!
  • First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address.
  • If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

At TrendsetterSocks.com, we believe the customer comes first so we give you Free Returns. Our Returns and Damage Policy takes the risk out of purchasing from us and reduces the work you have to do to return a product. Shopping online should never be difficult and we’re doing our part.

Free Returns

 We hope you are happy with your purchase but if not we will refund your money, including any shipping plus we will pay for the return shipping. Just email us within 30 days of receipt. Be sure to include your Name, Order Number and phone number. Do not return an item until you have requested and received authorization.

NOTE: For holiday returns such as Christmas, Easter, Hanukkah, the authorized return period is automatically extended to 2 weeks after the holiday if your 30 days runs out.

Damages

We know how inconvenient it is to wait for a damaged replacement. You never have to do that at TrendsetterSocks.com. Just notify us via email within 7 business days of receiving your damaged product including pictures of the damage. We will send you a replacement right away. Then we will worry about a freight claim or whatever else we need to do.
